The whole idea and concept of this Web Site is so all of the members of the East and West High Classes of 1962 will have a central place for finding each other. If we all keep current with our personal data for the Alumni Database the task of organizing and putting on a Reunion will be enhanced tremendously. Please, if you have any information about anyone who has blank spots in the Alumni Database please let us know. The women in our class are especially hard to find because most now have married names!

Vern Christianson and his business were featured in the September issue of Alaska Journal of Commerce
Larry Bivins was elected to lead the Pioneers of Alaska for 2003 at their Annual Convention Held in Fairbanks during September.
The Pioneers of Alaska was established in 1907 to maintain and collect the history of the people of Alaska and see to it that when these pioneers get to the point that they cannot care for themselves any longer there is a place for them to reside and be taken care of. There are 7 Pioneer Homes around the state to provide this care.
There are currently just over 7,000 members statewide
